The jewelry

Is it really waterproof?
Yes. Every piece is 18k gold PVD over 316L stainless steel, so you can shower, swim, sweat and sleep in it. No need to take anything off.

Will it turn my skin green or fade?
No. The PVD coating is bonded at a molecular level and is about ten times thicker than standard plating. If a piece ever fades or tarnishes through normal wear, our Lifetime Color Warranty replaces it.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The core is 316L surgical stainless steel, hypoallergenic, lead-free and nickel-free.

How do I take care of it?
Rinse with fresh water after salt water or chlorine, pat dry and store in a soft pouch. Avoid direct contact with perfume, bleach and other chemicals.

Go to the bundle page, choose exactly 7 pieces (mix necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, anklets and hand chains) and check out. The whole set is $85, and your 7 choices travel with the order.

How does "Buy 3, Get 3 Free" work?
Add any 6 pieces to your cart and the 3 least expensive become free automatically at checkout. No code needed. It is cumulative: 12 pieces in the cart means 6 free.

Can I combine the two offers?
Yes. A bundle of 7 for $85 and a separate set of 6 pieces work together in the same order, each with its own discount.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on every order, anywhere in the world, with tracking. There is no minimum.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch: 7 to 12 business days in the United States and Canada, 8 to 14 in the United Kingdom and Europe, 8 to 15 in Australia and New Zealand, 10 to 20 in the rest of the world.

Where is my tracking number?
It is emailed as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If nothing arrives within 4 business days, write to us.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import fees charged by the destination country. They are set by local customs and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings can only be returned unworn and sealed, for hygiene reasons. Full details in our return policy.

What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?
The color and finish of the metal, for as long as you own the piece. If it tarnishes or fades through normal wear, email a photo and we send a new one, with no need to return the original. It does not cover physical damage, loss, chemical damage or the wear of pearls, stones and cords.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No return shipping needed.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not shipped. Write to support@annawestonofficial.com as soon as possible.
